1. What we collect

Account information (name, email, profile details you provide), content you upload (projects, documents, photos, observations), and usage data (how you interact with ProjMind).

2. How we use it

To provide and improve the service, including AI-assisted analysis of your uploaded content, to process payments, and to communicate with you about your account.

3. Who we share it with

We use third-party service providers to operate ProjMind, including Supabase (database and file storage), OpenAI or other AI providers (content analysis), and Stripe (payment processing). We don't sell your data. Content you mark Public is visible to anyone with your portfolio link, by design.

4. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the app or on the website (see how to delete your account). Deleting your account removes your profile and your personal projects and their contents right away. Content in company projects stays with the company, without your name. We keep payment and invoice records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, up to seven years.

5. Your rights

You can view, edit and delete your data from your account settings. To request a copy of your data, contact us at hello@projmind.ai.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.

7. Children's privacy

ProjMind is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes.
