1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using ProjMind, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. What ProjMind is

ProjMind is a platform for capturing, organizing, and searching your professional project history, including AI-assisted analysis of content you upload.

3. Your account

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information when creating your profile.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of everything you upload — projects, documents, photos, and observations. By uploading content, you grant ProjMind a license to store, process, and analyze it (including via third-party AI providers) solely to provide the service to you. Content marked Private stays visible only to you; content marked Public is visible to anyone with your portfolio link.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. You can cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Acceptable use

Don't upload content you don't have the right to share, attempt to breach the security of the service, or use ProjMind to store or distribute unlawful material.

7. Disclaimers

ProjMind is provided "as is." AI-generated analysis, summaries, and suggestions may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied on as professional engineering advice without independent verification.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ProjMind after changes means you accept the updated terms.
